Banquets

Monteleone Meadows can offer you a private setting for your banquet.
Our covered banquet room is open on 2 sides so your guests can enjoy the beautiful panorama of our grounds.
During inclement weather the room can be completely closed off.
We can accommodate between 60 to 225 guests.

Standard Banquets include the following:

Available for booking Monday through Thursday ONLY
4-hour rental of the facility; your choice of house linens; full serving staff including the set up and clean up of venue; use of our in-house standard wrought iron centerpieces. (We do not allow open flame candles only battery operated LED Candles. Battery operated candles NOT included) Upgraded or special order linens, overlays are available at an extra cost. The dinner is served with Plastic Plates and Plastic Silverware. (China flatware is available at an extra cost of $2.00 per person)
Beverage bar with Lemonade, Ice Tea, Iced Water and Hot Coffee
You can choose from “Italian” or “Mexican” style buffet

We charge $ 25.00 per person. Children ages 4-10 @ $15.00 per child

4-hour rental of the facility; your choice of house linens; the set up and clean up of venue; use of our in-house standard wrought iron centerpieces.. Upgraded or special order linens, overlays and specialty chairs are available at an extra cost. The dinner is served with China and flatware.

A Minimum of 50 adult guests will be required for a Saturday date.

Formal Banquets include the following:

Our banquet Facility is available for Birthdays, Business Luncheons and Dinners; Retirement Parties, Political Fundraiser and Company Parties

The price is $60.00 per adult person and $30.00 per children (4-10 years) with a 100 Adult Person minimum required on weekends, Friday Saturday and Sunday. Event held Monday through Thursday 50 adult guest minimum. The venue rental time is for 5 hours and all events must conclude at 10:00 PM.

Appetizers:
Cheese with fresh fruit, nuts and crackers, Mexican Layered Dips with chips and fresh vegetable trays with various dips and Tortilla Chips with Homemade Salsa. (Appetizers subject to change)
